About the Role

As a Partnership & Growth Associate, you'll be an early member of RISE's Growth team, working across partnerships, sales, marketing, and strategy. You'll help build RISE's global partner network while running growth initiatives and owning key revenue outcomes.

This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to a fast-growing education startup and the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of schools, counselors, and partner organizations across GCC, UK/EU, India, and North America
• Scope solutions, draft proposals/SOWs, negotiate terms, and close partnerships
• Own revenue and partner OKRs while maintaining accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts
• Design and run growth experiments across landing pages, email, webinars, and referrals
• Track key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion
• Develop partner programs through co-branded webinars, events, and other initiatives

You're a Fit If You Have

• Familiarity with IB/ICSE/CBSE education and a basic understanding of international university admissions
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• International academic or professional exposure is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
