Job Description

Role: Partner – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and leadership hiring requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on business requirements, skill sets, and seniority levels
  • Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct proactive searches for active and passive talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and market trends
  • Coordinate and manage the internal application and interview process
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners whenever required
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Effectively utilize ATS platforms for sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, and requisition management
  • Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring insights, and market intelligence with stakeholders
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and legal compliance requirements

Preferred Background

  • Proven experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Cloud technology roles (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience working with product companies, consulting organizations, or startups focused on Data, Cloud, AI/ML, or Digital Engineering
  • Strong understanding of niche technology skills, talent mapping, and hiring market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM / Post Graduation (HR preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technology Hiring
