Key Responsibilities1. Partner Onboarding & Support- Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure a smooth induction process.
- Provide continuous support related to documentation, bid submission, and partner portal queries.
- Address partner queries promptly and resolve operational or procedural challenges.
2. Partner Training & Enablement- Conduct regular training sessions (online/offline) to enhance partner knowledge of products, processes, and systems.
- Share updated product and process documentation to keep partners well-informed.
3. Order Management & Sales Support- Support the end-to-end order management process for partners with timely coordination and updates.
- Assist with order tracking, issue escalation, and coordination with logistics and internal teams.
- Ensure timely support to facilitate sales closure.
4. Bid Process Assistance- Support partners with documentation, clarification, and representation during bid submissions.
- Guide partners on bid rejection issues and provide necessary documents for resolution.
- Share bid opportunities (state-wise / category-wise) to increase partner participation in tenders.
5. Partner Engagement & Marketing- Drive partner engagement through bulk WhatsApp campaigns, email communication, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop marketing creatives and communication materials to enhance category visibility and partner interest.
6. Target Achievement- Work towards achieving predefined sales, engagement, and participation targets for the channel.
- Share regular performance updates and reports with management.
7. Marketing & Category Development- Implement online and offline marketing campaigns for assigned categories.
- Identify growth opportunities and take initiatives to expand category reach and revenue.
8. Communication & Reporting- Maintain detailed records of partner activities, bid submissions, and sales achievements.
- Share regular updates with leadership, highlighting insights, challenges, and market feedback.
9. Data Analysis & Insights- Conduct weekly analysis of:
- Bid participation (partner-wise, category-wise, zone-wise)
- Bid success ratio (bids submitted vs. wins)
- Partner performance metrics and trends
- Share actionable insights and reports with management and Partner Account Managers (PAMs).
Education:- Any Graduate
