Role Summary
PSM will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the partner ecosystem including VARs ( Value Added Resellers) , System Integrated partners, MSSPs, and distributors to drive revenue growth across cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint, XDR, SIEM, cloud security, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Expansion
- Recruit new partners.
- Identify and onboard MSP/MSSP partners.
- Build distributor relationships.
Revenue Ownership
- Own channel revenue target (monthly / quarterly / annual).
- Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
- Monitor funnel health and conversion ratios.
Partner Development
- Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Enable partners through training & certifications.
- Develop partner incentive programs.
- Co-marketing activities & joint GTM plans.
Sales Governance & Forecasting
- Weekly forecast reviews.
- CRM hygiene & reporting.
- Demand planning with distributors.
Qualification & Experience
- 3 - 5 years in IT / Cybersecurity sales.
- 2+ years managing channel ecosystem.
- Strong network with VARs ( Value Added Reseller) , System Integrator , MSPs.
- Experience selling endpoint/XDR/Cloud security solutions.
- Proven revenue track record
