We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our growing business development team. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing channel partners, resellers, technology partners, and strategic alliances to accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate has experience working as a Partner Sales Manager, Partner Account Manager, or Global Partner Manager, with the ability to develop long-term relationships and execute partner-led go-to-market strategies. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners to expand the company's partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize engagement, revenue, and long-term success.
- Develop and execute partner business plans, sales strategies, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure partner alignment and enablement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners, tracking performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets.
- Provide partners with training, product knowledge, sales tools, and ongoing support to improve effectiveness.
- Drive partner-generated pipeline, monitor opportunities, and support deal closures throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new partnership opportunities across different regions and industry verticals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify areas for growth and optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, forecasts, and sales reports using CRM platforms.
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Partner Sales Manager, Partner Account Manager, or Global Partner Manager.
- Strong expertise in building, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing partner pipelines, forecasting revenue, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Enterprise Sales with large organizations and strategic accounts.
- Exposure to SMB Sales and scaling partner programs for small and mid-sized businesses.
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud technologies, enterprise software, or B2B technology solutions.
- Experience working with global partner networks or international markets.
- Understanding of channel sales methodologies and partner enablement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales, channel management, or partnership development are an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–10 years in partner sales, channel sales, alliance management, account management, or business development.
