Job Description

Job Title: Partner Sales Manager (Enterprise & Channel Sales)

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Experience: 8 – 15 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and work closely with customers to address any issues.
  • Provide guidance on licensing options and optimize licensing solutions for customers.
  • Oversee sales and distribution channels to maximize product reach and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's channel partner network.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance sales and distribution capabilities.
  • Work closely with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Address partner concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Open to Travel to Client Location.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in enterprise customer sales and license compliance within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and distribution management, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in channel sales development and channel relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Must have results-driven and customer- focused approach to sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Services, with a specialization in the Virtualization Domain, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and highlight the business value of these services.

Good to have:

An enterprise level sales experience in similar domain.
