Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand relationships with enterprise customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
· Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and work closely with customers to address any issues.
· Provide guidance on licensing options and optimize licensing solutions for customers.
· Oversee sales and distribution channels to maximize product reach and market penetration.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's channel partner network.
· Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance sales and distribution capabilities.
· Work closely with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
· Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
· Address partner concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive partner experience.
Open to Travel to Client Location.
Required Experience and Skills:-
· 8+ years of Experience
· Proven experience in enterprise customer sales and license compliance within the IT industry.
· Demonstrated success in sales and distribution management, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in channel sales development and channel relationship management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
· Must have results-driven and customer- focused approach to sales.
· In-depth knowledge of IT Services, with a specialization in the Virtualization Domain, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and highlight the business value of these services.
Good to have:
· An enterprise level sales experience in similar domain.
