Company Overview

Denave is hiring for a Partner Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic channel partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.The role will focus on driving sales, partner acquisition, partner enablement and performance management working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute channel partner strategy aligned with Denave's business goals
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners, resellers, and alliances

Partner Enablement & Management

  • Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and go-to-market support
  • Conduct partner training's, workshops, and quarterly business reviews
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and conversions
  • Ensure achievement of channel revenue targets and KPIs

Go-to-Market & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns, events, and lead generation
  • Support partner participation in webinars, roadshows, and industry events
  • Gather market and partner feedback to refine offerings

Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain accurate partner data, forecasts, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Denave's partner policies and processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 –10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management / Alliances
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, indirect sales models, and partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances
  • Proven ability to drivepartner-led revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market, or Enterprise Sales environments
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
