About Finneeds
Finneeds is a loan discovery platform that matches borrowers to the right lender without damaging their CIBIL score. We run on a network of 1 lakh Finpreneurs — financial advisors, insurance agents, MF distributors, and CAs — who earn from their trust networks while helping borrowers navigate credit the right way.
About the Role
As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will own two things: building a productive Finpreneur network and managing loan leads from first customer contact to Credit Ops submission. You are the bridge between the Finpreneur who sources the lead and the team that closes it.
What You Will Do
- Onboard, activate, and coach a portfolio of 100–200 Finpreneurs to generate leads and achieve disbursements every month
- Call every new CRM lead on the same day, review bureau reports, guide document collection, and submit complete files to Credit Operations
- Coach Finpreneurs on target customer profiles, WhatsApp outreach, and Finneeds marketing tools
- Track and update all lead stages in the CRM daily with zero backlog
- Achieve first disbursement from every new Finpreneur within 30 days of their assignment
What We Are Looking For
- 1–5 years in financial services distribution — DSA, insurance agency, NBFC field, or MFI
- Experience managing agents, channel partners, or a distribution network
- Hindi conversational fluency (essential) | Telugu working knowledge (preferred)
- Comfortable making 35–40 outbound calls daily as a consistent habit
- Digitally comfortable — mobile CRM, WhatsApp group management, document portals

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
