Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Partner Relationship Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, assisting them with the recruitment process, and ensuring efficient communication between universities, partners, and students. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions for partners, identifying business growth opportunities, managing partner databases, and providing insights to contribute to strategic goals. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner operations and align processes with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving strategies
• Understanding of student recruitment processes, international education systems, and European education
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or similar roles
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage partner databases effectively
• Proactive in identifying growth opportunities and aligning with strategic business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in the education industry or international recruitment is an added advantage
