About the Company: We are currently scouting for PE/VC transactional lawyers for multiple premium boutique law firm(s).

About the Role: Experience: 12+ Years PQE Practice Focus: Private Equity / Venture Capital

Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong deal sheet in PE/VC transaction
• Experience advising funds, investors, growth-stage companies, and startups
• Strong drafting and negotiation capability

Qualifications:

• Portable book of business is mandatory
• Ability to generate at least 1X of business through own efforts.
• Strong market relationships and repeat client engagements

Required Skills:

• Capability to independently anchor transactions
• Team mentoring experience
• Open to lateral movement with an existing team

Preferred Skills:

• Commercially sharp
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong reputation in the PE/VC ecosystem

Pay range and compensation package: Compensation details to be discussed during the interview process and is directly proportional to the portable book of business.
