Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development

Identify and recruit qualified accounting professionals including CAs, firms, and

consultants across market.

Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy tailored for the

categories of our operation.

Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.

Manage the entire partner lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and activation.

  • Revenue Generation

Drive subscription-based sales through established accounting partner channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to close partner-influenced deals.

Track and forecast sales pipelines accurately.

Support partners in their client acquisition and deal closure efforts.

  • Partner Enablement and Support

Design and deliver tailored training sessions for partners.

Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral for partner use.

Provide ongoing technical and business support.

Monitor performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

  • Market Development

Represent company at relevant events and conferences within the accounting and

e-commerce sectors.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategy.

Provide partner/client feedback to the product and strategy teams for improvements.

Partners Will Promote Integrations Of Company With

Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Shopify

Connected with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, e-conomic,

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Annual partner-sourced subscription growth

Partner recruitment and activation rates

Partner retention and satisfaction

Performance Reviews

Monthly performance check-ins on sales and partner metrics

Quarterly strategic reviews and realignment

Annual review for goal setting

Key Skills Required For This Role

Partner Recruitment & Lifecycle Management - Expertise in identifying,

onboarding, and activating accounting firms, CAs, and consultants globally.

Channel Sales & Revenue Driving - Proven ability to generate subscription sales

through partners, manage pipelines, and close deals.

Partner Enablement & Training - Skills in designing training, creating collateral,

and providing support for integrations (e.g., Xero, Shopify, HubSpot).

Relationship Building & Retention - Building long-term trust-based partnerships

with high retention and satisfaction rates.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development - Conducting competitive analysis,
