THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare chance to join a well-backed executive search firm at the ground floor and help define its identity, methodology, and market reputation. As a Partner – Executive Search, you will own senior and C-suite search mandates end-to-end, build deep client relationships across industries, and play a defining role in shaping the firm's trajectory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Search Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the full search lifecycle for CXO, VP, and Director-level mandates — from brief intake, talent mapping, and candidate outreach through structured assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • - Manage 6–10 concurrent executive mandates with rigour, maintaining quality and timelines across all active searches.
  • - Conduct competency-based and values-aligned leadership interviews; produce sharp, evidence-rich assessment reports that add genuine value to client decisions.
  • - Develop and maintain a proprietary network of C-suite and functional leaders across target sectors — cultivated with care, not just mined for mandates.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 8–12 active client accounts — engaging founders, board members, CHROs, and promoters as a trusted advisor.
  • - Deliver proactive market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, talent landscape insights, and search-progress updates that keep clients confident and informed.
  • - Craft compelling candidate-facing narratives that position client roles as genuine career opportunities, not just vacancies — especially for passive senior talent.
  • - Produce talent intelligence reports and market-mapping decks as high-value advisory services that deepen client trust.

Business Development

  • Identify, cultivate, and convert senior-level prospects into signed retainer mandates through relationship-led business development.
  • - Craft tailored pitch decks and search proposals that reflect a deep understanding of client context, culture, and hiring challenges.
  • - Drive quarterly KPIs on mandates closed, revenue targets, and client NPS.
  • - Represent Trinity at industry forums, CHRO conclaves, and senior peer networks to build the firm's brand in the market.

Team Building & Practice Development

  • Guide and mentor junior researchers and associates; uphold quality standards across research, shortlisting, and candidate presentation.
  • - Contribute to the firm's evolving methodologies, technology stack, and knowledge base — helping build a practice that scales.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior talent acquisition — with a demonstrable track record of closing VP+ and CXO-level mandates.
  • - Prior experience at a boutique executive search firm, Big 4 / consulting-aligned HR practice, or a high-calibre in-house leadership hiring function.
  • - A hunter instinct combined with the maturity to advise and influence at the C-suite level — you originate mandates, not just execute them.
  • - Outstanding stakeholder presence — equally comfortable in a boardroom discussion and a candidate conversation.
  • - Excellent business English communication (written and verbal); working proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent mapping / market research tools.

Preferred

  • Sector depth in one or more of: BFSI, FMCG/Consumer, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Fintech, Technology, or Renewables/Solar.
  • - Exposure to founding-stage or high-growth environments where ownership, speed, and judgment are non-negotiable.
  • - MBA or Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • - An existing network of senior talent and client relationships that can be activated from Day 1.
