This Senior Ecosystem Development Manager role is for the F&S line of business in India. It serves to develop the F&S ecosystem within India, and to support the indirect growth of F&S for the Market Unit CPO and their PBM team. Strong collaboration skills are key. Importantly too are a level of strong sales acumen / business development, an understanding of the F&S portfolio (S4 Finance, Procurement, oCFO), and an understanding of the India ecosystem at large.

What you'll do:

To design and execute ecosystem development strategies, fostering and managing strategic partnerships for a dedicated Solution Area, Industry, or Incubation topic such as Sustainability. The role aims to drive partner investment and performance across all Partner motions (Sell / Service / Software) and steer innovation.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ecosystem strategies in collaboration with SAP business owners, guiding partner engagements and investments.
  • Act as a thought leader to create mid-term strategies, facilitating feedback loops for future business and innovation
  • Execute business plans across partner motions, expanding partner reach, enabling service partners, and engaging with software partners to drive innovations
  • Establish and maintain annual business plans for focus partners, identifying prospects and driving pipeline growth
  • Orchestrate internal stakeholders across Development, Solution, and Field roles to support strategic partnerships, providing guidance and advisory

  • Experience advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility
  • Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation
  • Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
  • Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers
