Role & responsibilities
- Lead and Drive Engagement of Vyapar Partners through events across PAN India Locations
- Plan , Calendarize Events and Drive them to Success
- Manage Event Planning, Execution , Operations , Material Management
- Work with Business Team to drive ROI , Engagement Metrics and Partner Happiness
- Work with Social Media Teams to Drive Campaigns
- Drive BTL Activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to Travel across Pan India Locations
- Proven experience of at least 4 Years of Experience in Marketing , BTL , ATL , Social Media and Sales.
- Good Working Knowledge of MS Excel and any CRM Tool
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers and team members.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to change and embrace new challenges
