The Partner Development Executive (PDE) - Salesforce (Financial Services focus) supports the execution of joint gotomarket activities between Capgemini and Salesforce across Financial Services clients. The role is primarily executionoriented, focused on supporting pipeline development, partner coordination, and field enablement under the direction of senior alliance and account leaders. The position emphasizes operational rigor, collaboration, and followthrough rather than ownership of strategy or revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM & Pipeline Support
- Support joint Salesforce-Capgemini GTM initiatives across Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, and Wealth
- Assist with pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and account coordination across priority FS accounts
- Support preparation for account planning sessions, opportunity reviews, and deal discussions led by senior stakeholders
- Partner Relationship & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a daytoday coordination point with Salesforce Financial Services field teams and alliance contacts
- Support cadence calls, meeting followups, and preparation of QBR, account review, and leadership materials
- Build effective working relationships with Salesforce AEs, solution specialists, and Capgemini FS account teams
- Sales Play & Solution Support
- Support defined Financial Services solution plays including Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and AIenabled service use cases
- Coordinate demos, POVs, and presales activities with Capgemini solution and delivery teams
- Help map client needs to existing Capgemini offerings and Salesforce capabilities
- Field Enablement & Awareness
- Support enablement of Capgemini Financial Services account teams on Salesforce industry capabilities and assets
- Promote awareness and adoption of Salesforce partner programs, certifications, and internal accelerators
- Support execution of joint marketing initiatives, industry events, and Salesforceled forums
- Governance & Operational Excellence
- Maintain basic pipeline, activity, and certification tracking aligned to alliance governance needs
- Support internal reporting cadence and operational reviews
- Ensure disciplined followthrough on agreed GTM actions, risks, and next steps
Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in consulting, alliances, sales support, or partner roles (Financial Services preferred)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and Financial Services use cases
- Experience supporting pipeline development, account planning, or partner GTM motions
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills in a global matrix environment
