Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Partner – Cyber Security & AI role based in New Delhi. The Partner will lead the cybersecurity and AI services portfolio, including strategy, solution design, and delivery for clients across industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, scoping and overseeing assessments and implementations, and advising on cyber risk, resilience, and AI-enabled security solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to build service offerings, mentoring and developing cybersecurity and AI professionals, and ensuring quality, regulatory alignment, and best practices in all engagements. The Partner will also contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and active participation in industry forums and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to design and oversee comprehensive security programs.
• Enterpensurship mindset and goal to build Cybersecurity and AI practice
• Hands-on experience with Network Security, including architecture design, segmentation, intrusion detection and prevention, and secure configuration.
• Proven capability in managing end-to-end cyber initiatives, including Cyber risk assessments, controls implementation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or analytics to security use cases (e.g., threat detection, anomaly identification, automation of security operations) is highly desirable.
• Track record in a leadership or partner-level role in consulting, advisory, or professional services, with responsibility for client delivery and practice growth.
• Strong business development skills, including proposal development, solution pitching, and stakeholder management at senior leadership and board levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP
