- Support for incidents and service requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing tools
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve tickets in accordance with ITIL processes
- Perform basic Active Directory (AD) tasks, including:
- User account creation, modification, and deactivation
- Password resets and account unlocks
- Group membership updates
- Provide VPN support, including:
- VPN client installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting VPN connectivity and authentication issues
- Assisting users with remote access
- Support end users with:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Windows / macOS basic troubleshooting
- Printer, hardware, and peripheral issues
- Password resets, account unlocks, MFA issues
- VPN, remote access, and printer issues
- Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS)
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance
