Job Description

  • Position : Servicedesk L2
  • Location : Bangalore
  • Experience: 3yrs -5yrs
  • Notice : Immediate
  • JD :
  • Support for incidents and service requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing tools
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve tickets in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Perform basic Active Directory (AD) tasks, including:
  • User account creation, modification, and deactivation
  • Password resets and account unlocks
  • Group membership updates
  • Provide VPN support, including:
  • VPN client installation and configuration
  • Troubleshooting VPN connectivity and authentication issues
  • Assisting users with remote access
  • Support end users with:
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Windows / macOS basic troubleshooting
  • Printer, hardware, and peripheral issues
  • Password resets, account unlocks, MFA issues
  • VPN, remote access, and printer issues
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS)
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance
