Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Information Security Consultant who has experience working as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in information security consulting and will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of security strategies to protect our organizations information assets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.
• Support the CISO in managing security incidents and responding to security breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
• Provide recommendations for security improvements and enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
• Participate in security awareness training for employees.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Information Security Consulting principles and practices.
• Experience working in a role related to CISO or similar leadership position.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and security compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security and data protection strategies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in information security or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
