Job Description

1.      Plan and execute internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-ground support.

2.      Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies,  follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery.

3.     Track, maintain, and replenish inventory; ensure accurate records and availability for events and programs.

4.      Maintain and update trackers for events, inventory, vendor details, and budgets with high accuracy.

5.      Schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

6.      Create and circulate newsletters, announcements, and engagement communication across teams.

7.      Collaborate and work closely with teams within the People Practice to support company-wide charters and initiatives.

8.      Support ad-hoc activities and projects as required, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Bachelors degree in any study
  • Exposure to organization setup
  • Communication Average, good to have someone who can speak Kannada/Hindi
  • Basic writing skills, knowledge in excel.
  • A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with members at all levels
