This is a part-time contractor position (20 hours/week) based out of India, with required overlap
until 12 PM Pacific Time to support global stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Provide Tier 1 support across Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll,
Talent & Performance, Time & Absence)
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed
Execute basic configuration updates and system maintenance tasks
Perform Workday EIB data loads, including preparing, validating, and troubleshooting
files
Create and maintain basic Workday reports and data extracts
Support day-to-day transactions (employee updates, data corrections, business process
support)
Assist with system testing, enhancements, and release cycles
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Workday processes
Partner with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to support operations
Document processes, known issues, and solutions
Skills We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on Workday support experience (HCM required)
Experience with Workday EIB data loads and basic reporting
Familiarity with Workday business processes and configuration concepts
Ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks
Ability to manage workload independently in a part-time capacity
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
Bonus Skills
Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll,
Talent, Time Tracking, Absence)
Experience in a support or shared services environment
Exposure to system testing or Workday release cycles
Experience documenting processes or building knowledge base content
Familiarity with HR systems integrations or data flows
