Location Preference: Candidates only from Tirunelveli, specifically in and around Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai

Work Mode: Office

Working Hours: Shift1 - 9.00 AM to 1.30 PM, Shift2 - 1.30 PM to 6.00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Telemarketing Executive to join our sister concern of Chaosology. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. Candidates residing near Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

• Promote company products/services and explain features clearly.

• Maintain daily call logs and update customer details.

• Schedule follow-up calls and assist in lead conversion.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with the internal team for lead tracking and updates.

  
  
  

Requirements

Location: Must reside in Tirunelveli, preferably Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai or surrounding areas.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with telemarketing/calling experience.

Communication: Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

Basic phone handling and customer interaction skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time

• 4.5 hours per day (Exact timings will be discussed during the interview)
