The Deal
This is a contractual role, not a full-time position. You'll get paid based on the work you complete. We'll share the full details in the MOU (the official agreement).
The Schedule
Since our programs are designed for working professionals and students, we operate when they're free:
- Weekdays: From 8:00 PM onwards.
- Weekends: Anytime during the day.
What you'll do
You're the bridge between the faculty and the students. You'll be on the front lines making sure no one gets left behind.
- Real-time support: Answer student questions via text while the faculty is teaching.
- Live doubt clearing: Lead Zoom sessions to walk students through tough concepts.
- 1-1 Mentoring: Connect with students individually to help them solve specific problems.
- Grading: Review assignments and projects. You'll need to give feedback that actually helps them improve.
- Batch health: You're our eyes and ears. You'll tell us how the students are really doing, what's working, and what we need to fix to make the course better.
Technical Skills & Subject Knowledge
Role
Since this is an Analytics-focused role, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes data. Whether you're a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist, you should be a pro in:
- The Fundamentals: Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, and data modeling).
- Databases: SQL (joining tables, complex queries, and data extraction).
- Programming: Python or R (specifically for data manipulation).
- Data Analysis: Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistical Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing.
- Visualization: Creating clear insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- The Cliche Essentials: Machine Learning basics, Data Wrangling, and Dashboarding.
