Part time Substation (EEE) Trainer

This is a part-time, remote role for a Substation (EEE) Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, conducting online training sessions, and assessing trainees performance. The Trainer may also provide mentorship and support to trainees as they advance their skills.

• Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) principles
• Experience in Substation operations and maintenance
• Training and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design and develop training materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in a training role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
