Part-Time Senior UI/UX Designer (Phase-2 Product Redesign)

About HuntingCube: HuntingCube is a decade-old, fast-growing, AI-powered recruitment agency trusted by top product-based companies and India's tier-1 tech talent. Our product and engineering team, led by IITians, has built a strong technical foundation along with our proprietary AI engine, CubicAI. We are now preparing for Phase-2 of our product evolution, where our design quality must match our engineering quality. The goal is to deliver a premium SaaS experience inspired by modern Gen-AI products such as OpenAI, Linear, Perplexity, and Stripe.

Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused UI/UX designer who can lead our Phase-2 redesign. This includes upgrading our public website, job-seeker and recruiter journeys, CubicAI interaction layers, and our internal platforms (ATS for recruiters and CRM for our BD team). The ideal candidate understands minimalism, premium SaaS design principles, and AI-first interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Redesign the public-facing website with a premium, minimalistic, and AI-first visual identity.

2. Build a high-impact hero section and introduce AI storytelling elements such as CubicAI workflows, matching animations, and interactive components.

3. Redesign and improve the end-to-end job-seeker experience: search, filters, insights, and application flows.

4. Strengthen the recruiter journey with clear positioning, better information hierarchy, stronger CTAs, and conversion-focused layouts.

5. Revamp internal ATS and CRM tools used by our recruitment and BD teams; improve usability, layout structure, and visual consistency.

6. Introduce motion design and micro-interactions that elevate the experience to a modern AI-first standard.

7. Conduct a complete audit of our Phase-1 design and identify structural UI/UX gaps.

8. Deliver clean, well-organised Figma files ready for engineering execution.

What We're Looking For:

1. 26 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on SaaS products.

2. A portfolio demonstrating minimalistic, modern, and premium-quality design work.

3. Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, grids, and design systems.

4. Ability to design AI-first experiences and smart interaction models.

5. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, layout rhythm, and typography.

6. Experience with motion design (Lottie or micro-interactions) is a plus.

7. Ability to think like a product designerprioritising clarity, conversion, and business impact.

8. Comfortable working independently with a product and engineering team of IIT graduates.
