Job Description

We are a fast-growing Marketing & Technology company delivering digital solutions, performance marketing services, and technology-driven business solutions to clients across industries.

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales & Operations Executive who can manage inside sales (calling-based) and support day-to-day operational coordination.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to digital marketing sales, client communication, and business operations.

Role Overview

This is primarily an Inside Sales (Calling-Based) role with operational coordination responsibilities. You will connect with potential clients via calls, explain our marketing and tech solutions, convert leads, and ensure smooth onboarding and execution support.

No field sales required. The process is phone-based and CRM-driven.

Key Responsibility

Inside Sales

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
  • Explain company services (Digital Marketing, Tech Solutions, Automation, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
  • Follow up consistently to close deals
  • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Operations Support

  • Coordinate with internal marketing and tech teams post-sale
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation
  • Track campaign or service delivery timelines
  • Assist in reporting and client communication follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers or 01 year experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required; Bengali preferred if Kolkata-based)
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Target-oriented mindset

Compensation Structure

  • Attractive Performance Incentives (Commission on Sales: ranging from 6% to 15%
  • Growth Path: Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Business Development Lead
