A consumer retail employer in the Pet Care & Specialty Pet Products sector operating on-site retail stores across India. We sell premium pet nutrition, grooming essentials and accessories through speciality stores that prioritise exceptional in-store experiences and category expertise.
We are hiring a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand at a store level, drive sales, maintain merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers; assess pet and owner needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Operate POS terminals to process cash and card transactions, complete daily cash reconciliation and manage accurate till closures.
- Receive stock shipments, perform shelf replenishment, conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
- Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain attractive, organised product displays to maximise conversion.
- Build and maintain practical product knowledge across pet nutrition, supplements, grooming and accessories to answer customer queries confidently.
- Support store opening/closing routines, basic loss-prevention practices and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications
- On-site, part-time availability including weekends and peak retail hours (India locations).
