About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Recruitment Consultant with deep expertise in hiring for the US market. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for a self-driven recruiter who can independently source, assess, and close high-quality technical talent.
You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and driving successful closures across a range of technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify high-quality candidates for technical roles in the US market
- Interpret job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Perform preliminary technical evaluations (where applicable)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closure
- Drive successful closures, particularly for W2-based roles
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a seamless hiring experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically for the US market
- Proven experience in closing W2 roles in the US market
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful closures for mid to senior-level roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and ATS tools
- Ability to independently manage multiple open roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
