About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring requirements for our international and local clients.

This role involves:

• Candidate sourcing
• Screening and coordination
• Managing recruitment workflows
• Working on multiple hiring projects across industries

The role is best suited for someone who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely updates and recruitment progress reporting
• Track work activity through online tracking/project management software

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines
• Comfortable using online tracking and work-management tools
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Compensation Structure

• Payment will be project-based
• Compensation for each assignment/project will be discussed prior to allocation
