We are hiring a senior React developer with strong fundamentals and hands-on production experience. The role focuses on design quality, code quality, and interviewing frontend candidates.
Required Skills (Fundamental Advanced)- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), React component model, state, props, lifecycle.
- Deep expertise with hooks: useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, custom hooks.
- State management: Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Context API.
- API integration patterns, routing, reusable component architecture.
- Performance optimization: memoization, avoiding re-renders, lazy loading.
- PR reviews, Git branching, ESLint/Prettier, clean folder structure.
Responsibilities- Design & Code Review
- Ensure component hierarchy, folder structure, and patterns follow best-in-class React architecture.
- Review PRs daily with clear corrective feedback.
- Enforce performance and readability standards.
- Interview & Technical Screening
- Conduct technical rounds for React/Frontend candidates.
- Prepare coding tests and evaluate code quality, clarity, and logical reasoning.
- Development Support (Optional)
- Build reusable components, layout structures, and UI workflows as needed.
- Collaborate with backend team on API contracts.
