Part-Time Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation Trainer

This is a part-time remote role for a Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions focused on quantity surveying and cost estimation principles. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, conducting interactive online sessions, providing mentorship to trainees, and ensuring successful completion of learning objectives. The trainer will also evaluate the learning progress and adjust the content as needed to meet learners needs.

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in creating and understanding BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documents
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach and guide learners effectively in a virtual environment
• Relevant professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or Cost Estimation are preferred
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry tools and software is a plus
