About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and industry-oriented Finance Mentor to join our learning team for courses like Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and related finance programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong finance domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students and working professionals. The role also requires comfort in front of the camera and active involvement in content creation for digital platforms like YouTube and learning portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live classes and doubt-solving sessions for finance courses.
- Create high-quality academic content, assignments, case studies, and practice material.
- Develop presentations (PPTs), learning modules, and structured course content.
- Record video lectures and educational content for online learning platforms.
- Create informative and engaging finance-related content for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Simplify complex finance concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
- Stay updated with current industry trends in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Financial Modeling, Valuation, Private Equity, etc.
- Collaborate with the content and production team for smooth course execution.
- Support learners with mentorship, guidance, and career-related insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance / Relevant Finance Qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuation, Private Equity, and Corporate Finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable taking live online classes.
- Camera-friendly personality with confidence in recording video content
- Comfortable creating educational content for YouTube and digital platforms
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and finance tools.
- Prior teaching/training/content creation experience is a plus
