Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.
Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar).
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
