We are hiring a Creative Media Faculty who can teach either Video Editing or Graphic Design based on expertise. The mentor should be able to deliver high-impact, practical classes, simplify tools for beginners, and guide learners towards monetizing their skills through freelance work, client projects, and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop structured curriculum, class flow, assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Deliver engaging sessions tailored for early learners and aspiring professionals.
- Teach domain-specific tools:
- Video Editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Descript
- Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
- Introduce relevant AI-powered tools such as RunwayML, Pika, Adobe Sensei, Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, etc.
- Explain freelancing and monetization strategies through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Behance, and other gig channels.
- Train learners on portfolio creation, client communication, and real-world project workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Video Editing or Graphic Design.
- Strong class delivery, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of industry tools, software, and AI-driven workflows.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach through practical demonstrations.
- Should be able to guide learners on freelancing, earning opportunities, and building a portfolio.
