The Online Educator (LINC Fellow) operates as an independent academic contributor, supporting Australia-based undergraduate students enrolled in Bachelors of Accounting (Finance and Accounting) program offered by a leading Australian University based in Melbourne.

What's on offer This is a 4-week contract-based role offering:
Remuneration: Base pay of approx. INR 40000*
Additional Performance incentives: Up to INR 16000
*The remuneration is estimated for a group of 35 students for a 4-week unit that requires 5-6 hours of effort per week)

Roles & Responsibilities:
The LINC Fellow is expected to:
Provide subject matter guidance to a cohort of 30–35 undergraduate students
Deliver a weekly two-hour lecture scheduled between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM IST on either Monday or Tuesday
Be available to conduct a proctored quiz or conduct a live Q&A session on Wednesday or Thursday (if required)
Grade student assignments and provide detailed feedback each week
Guide students on course content and assessments
Support students in developing academic skills such as writing, research, and time management
Deliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries (within 6-hours every day)
Engagement with students will take place via email, webinars, and online platforms (Moodle) within defined availability hours.

Desired candidate profile:
PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India Finance and Accounting t and/or related field.
Must have 2+ years of teaching experience in the domain of Finance and Accounting, with expertise in External Financial Reporting (preferred), Auditing or Assurance, and Financial Statement Preparation and Compliance. (Note: At least 2+ years of formal teaching experience at a university or college is a MUST);
Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;
Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication
Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;
Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students including host university's LMS and LINC trac (training on these platforms will be provided).

Availability Requirements
The candidate is expected to be available 7 days a week, during which they may put in 2-3 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.
