Job Summary
Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting for a marine service company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to support audit and tax requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
- Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare the quarterly GST tax filing.
- Preparation requires schedules/ reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
- Preferred knowledge in preparing Consolidation Financial Statements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks

- Salary: $1200 - $1800
- Working Days: 2 or 3 days per week (9am - 5pm), flexible and negotiable during interview
