  • Prepare full set of accounts.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management every month up to annual management accounts)
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank & ensure vendors payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, submit quarterly GST
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
  • Prepare audit schedule and audit matters.


Job Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 3 years work experience as an account executive
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Globe3, QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT (working hour can be discussed)
