Job Requirements
3 to 6 years of working experience in Design and Detail Engineering, Skids, Package Engineering, Equipment's, Piping and EPC experience will be added advantage.
Domain Expertise
- Power Generation Equipment: Strong technical familiarity with Thermal and Combined Cycle Power Plant – Turbine, and Generator Accessories Systems –Including an understanding of Skids/Package/Piping/Tubing/ Components/Equipment's Electrical and Instrumentation components [ex. Transmitters].
Process & Tools Expertise
- PLM Mastery: Deep understanding of ENOVIA, GTCC PLM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with specific expertise in managing Part records, Bills of Materials (BOM), Technical Specifications, and Engineering Drawings.
- PLM Workflow Knowledge: Strong grasp of end-to-end PLM processes, including Engineering Change Management (ECM) and data governance standards.
- Data Analysis & Accuracy: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and perform data rationalization.
- Advanced Excel: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning) to manage and audit large volumes of technical data.
- AI & Productivity Tools: Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (such as Amp, Gemini, and ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and streamline documentation workflows.
Communication & Collaboration
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams (Engineering teams, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure project alignment and data integrity.
- Client Engagement: Confident in leading and facilitating technical review calls with clients, presenting data findings, and translating feedback into actionable project iterations.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
