Yashoma is looking for a Work-from-Home Customer Support Executive to connect with and support mothers through calls and messages.

• Connect with mothers through calls & messages and assist with their queries
• Explain Yashoma app features and guide users on how to use them
• Update and maintain customer/user data
• Build a friendly and supportive relationship with mothers

• Experience in Customer Support or Sales
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and WhatsApp
• Mothers / candidates with motherhood experience are preferred, as they can better understand parents concerns
