Role Overview: As the Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Platform Champion at Mavlers, you will own the strategic growth and revenue of Pardot platform services within the agency. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Pardot's B2B marketing automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to grow platform adoption, optimize client success, and build a strong internal capability for Pardot-driven lifecycle marketing. You will lead training, sales support, marketing collaboration, and talent acquisition to maximize the impact and profitability of Pardot services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Service Ownership
- Lead revenue growth initiatives for Pardot platform services across the agency.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on discovery calls, deal qualification, and closures related to Pardot B2B marketing automation and Salesforce CRM integration solutions.
- Define service packaging, pricing strategies, and create scalable delivery models for Pardot projects including lead nurturing, scoring models, Engagement Studio programs, and ROI reporting.
- Monitor Pardot and Salesforce ecosystem market trends and advise on new service opportunities, including transitions to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE).
- Training & Team Development
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Pardot training programs for the operations team, covering Pardot Engagement Studio, lead scoring and grading, dynamic content, Salesforce CRM sync, and advanced segmentation.
- Implement certification and evaluation frameworks aligned with Salesforce's Pardot Specialist and Consultant certification tracks to ensure operational excellence.
- Continuously assess and close skill gaps through coaching, sandbox exercises, and B2B campaign simulations tied to real client scenarios.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with the Marketing team to shape content strategy highlighting Pardot-related use cases, B2B client success stories, platform updates, and account-based marketing trends.
- Provide expert input on asset creation, webinars, blogs, and social media campaigns focused on Pardot services and the broader Salesforce marketing ecosystem.
- Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Define a hiring scorecard and collaborate with HR/recruitment to attract top talent specialized in Pardot, Salesforce CRM integration, and B2B lifecycle marketing.
- Design and monitor interview processes to evaluate technical proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce, cultural fit, and a revenue-driven mindset.
- Oversee onboarding processes to quickly ramp up new team members on Pardot workflows, Salesforce alignment, and agency delivery standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
- Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure successful Pardot implementation, Engagement Studio execution, Salesforce sync integrity, and ongoing service delivery.
- Facilitate feedback and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize client outcomes and drive B2B service innovation.
- Stay current on Pardot/MCAE platform updates, Salesforce certifications, and B2B marketing automation best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
