The Team

GESS group at A&M provides critical business support to the firm and encompasses a range of functions including Information Technology, Marketing, Information Security, Insight Centre & Knowledge Management, Corporate Real Estate, Human Resources, and Operations. GESS enables A&M's client service delivery, go-to-market, risk management and growth goals as a strategic partner.

How You Will Contribute

User Management:

  • Set up and manage users, roles, and permissions
  • Train team members on using Pardot effectively.

Automation Setup

  • Build and manage automation rules, engagement programs, and dynamic lists
  • Create lead nurturing and scoring models.

CRM Integration

  • Ensure seamless syncing between Pardot and Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot sync errors and maintain data quality.

Campaign Management

  • Set up and deploy landing pages, forms, and email templates and communications
  • Track campaign performance and engagement.

Data Management:

  • Manage segmentation lists and tag prospects
  • Import/export data securely and in compliance with regulations.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Monitor campaign metrics and marketing ROI
  • Generate reports for stakeholders.

Compliance:

  • Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy laws are adhered to.
  • Implement opt-in processes and data retention policies.

Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and landing page design
  • Understanding of marketing automation best practices
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
  • Analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with international contracting standards and cross-border transactions.
