Key Responsibilities
Legal Support & Documentation
- Assist attorneys in preparation, review, and management of legal documents and contracts within assigned practice areas
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to attorneys and internal teams
- Recognize and resolve routine legal or administrative issues using established procedures
Administrative & Compliance Management
- Maintain legal files, records, and databases in compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
- Ensure adherence to company standards, including Authorization Policy and other legal/compliance protocols
- Monitor deadlines and maintain task tracking systems for timely completion of deliverables
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify inefficiencies in legal workflows and recommend modifications for operational effectiveness
- Facilitate communication within the legal team and across departments
- Act as a resource to team members for legal and administrative processes
