Job Description

Title: Paralegal Associate

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court
Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Role Overview

Legal research and analysis
Drafting of legal documents: Discovery, pleadings and motions
Chronological Summary of depositions and medical records
Drafting of responses to Form Interrogatories, Request for production and Special Interrogatories
