Paralegal

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Paralegal & Junior Advocate to join our IPR law firm. The role combines paralegal tasks with junior advocacy, focusing on intellectual property law (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.). The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, document preparation, client management, and court representation.

Job Title: Paralegal

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on IPR matters.
• Draft legal documents (petitions, agreements, affidavits, etc.).
• Manage client files, deadlines, and IPR filings.
• Assist in IPR portfolio management and litigation support.
• Represent clients in IPR hearings and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and assist in settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Education: LLB or equivalent, with IPR law knowledge preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years
• Skills: Legal research, drafting, client interaction, IPR litigation support.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• IPR experience.
