Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Paradox Consultant to provide L2/L3 support for Paradox integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, configuration support, integration management, and continuous improvement of the recruitment technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Paradox platform incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence.
- Support Paradox–SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, and data synchronization.
- Manage application upgrades, patches, releases, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with business users, HR teams, IT teams, and vendor support.
- Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and testing artifacts.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Paradox Conversational AI / Olivia Platform.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing.
- Knowledge of Paradox–SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation/support experience.
- Exposure to HR technology ecosystems and recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of integration middleware platforms.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience working in SLA-driven global support environments.
