Job Responsibilities:
* Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels as per schematics and wiring diagrams.
* Handle installation and termination of cables, switches, relays, PLC modules, MCC/PLC panels, and automation components.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings, layout diagrams, and BOMs.
* Ensure panels are assembled according to quality standards and customer specifications.
* Conduct testing, continuity checks, and troubleshooting of wired panels.
* Assist in on-site installation, panel integration, and commissioning at client sites (if required).
* Maintain tools, equipment, and follow safety standards on the shop floor.
* Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve wiring or component issues.
* Prepare basic documentation related to panel wiring and testing.
Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of electrical panel wiring, control circuits, and industrial automation components.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and PLC I/O layouts.
* Hands-on experience with cables, ferruling, crimping, and routing.
* Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical & automation panels.
* Knowledge of PLC, sensors, drives (added advantage).
