Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer

Role Summary

The Pan India Hiring Leader will be responsible for leading the organization's end-to-end recruitment strategy across all delivery locations. The role requires building a high-performing recruitment function capable of supporting aggressive business growth, large-scale ramp-ups, and critical client transitions while maintaining speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

The incumbent will drive recruitment transformation through data-driven decision-making, employer branding, technology adoption, workforce planning, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's Pan India recruitment strategy.
  • Build a scalable recruitment model capable of supporting rapid business expansion.
  • Align hiring plans with business forecasts and transition timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment productivity and hiring quality.

Volume Hiring

  • Lead large-scale hiring for Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Back Office, Collections, Sales, Technical Support, and Digital Operations.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring commitments across all locations.
  • Develop location-specific hiring strategies based on talent availability and market conditions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Business Heads, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Delivery teams to understand workforce requirements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on hiring feasibility, market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment performance and hiring risks.

Recruitment Operations

  • Standardize recruitment processes, governance, and reporting across all locations.
  • Establish hiring SLAs and ensure adherence.
  • Monitor recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
  • Drive process automation and improve candidate experience.

Employer Branding

  • Strengthen the employer brand through campus engagement, social media, referral programs, and recruitment marketing.
  • Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, staffing partners, and community organizations.

Vendor & Channel Management

  • Manage recruitment agencies, job portals, RPO partners, and sourcing vendors.
  • Optimize sourcing mix to reduce hiring costs while improving quality and speed.

Own and review key hiring metrics including:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Develop capability-building programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing Pan India, high-volume hiring in BPO/BPM/ITES.
  • Experience supporting large client transitions and rapid ramp-ups.
  • Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed recruitment teams.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in recruitment planning and workforce forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of ATS platforms, HRMS, recruitment automation, and AI-enabled sourcing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
