Roles and Responsibilities

Expertise and Consultation

• Act as the primary contact for all Delinea Secret Serverrelated queries and issues
• Provide expert advice on configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Delinea environments
• Understand client needs to offer tailored PAM security solutions
• Stay up to date with Delinea's product updates and features

Administration, Support, and Management

• Provide production support and manage deployments of Delinea Secret Server
• Create and manage policies, policy templates, and handle password complexity configurations
• Ensure configurations comply with client requirements and security best practices
• Monitor system performance and security, resolving any technical issues promptly

Training and Documentation

• Develop and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices
• Offer ongoing support to ensure efficient and secure use of the Delinea platform
