The Senior PAM Analyst (Band 6) acts as an L2/L3 operational SME for the BeyondTrust PAM platform, supporting 24x7 services, handling complex issues, and driving onboarding, optimization, and process improvements.
Provide advanced 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM services
Lead onboarding of privileged users, service accounts, and platforms
Configure and maintain BeyondTrust policies, workflows, and integrations
Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform root cause analysis
Act as escalation point for incidents and high-priority requests
Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments
Drive automation, operational improvements, and SOP updates
Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transitions
