Job Title: Palo Alto Network Engineer with Cisco ISE
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Pune
Primary Skills (Core Responsibilities):
- Have hands-on experience on Palo Alto firewall as well as Panorama. Experience in installing, configuring, managing multivendor firewall. Checkpoint firewall experience would be a plus.
- Experience in Palo Alto firewall migration from Checkpoint and ASA.
- Implement best practices for Palo Alto Networks Firewall Deployment and Operations.
- Configuration and Management of LAN, WAN and Wireless infrastructure. Meraki Wireless experience would be a Plus.
- Campus and branch LAN, WAN network connectivity design experience would be a plus.
- General networking technologies, including routing (BGP/OSPF/Static), DNS/DHCP, DMZ design.
- In-depth knowledge of generally accepted security methods, concepts, and techniques.
- Analysis, planning, modification and maintenance of the network and security components, including network monitoring systems.
- Management of all security equipment supporting the enterprise for both project and operational requirements.
- Capable of collaborating with stakeholders and project leaders to understand requirements, deliverables, and set expectations for deliverables
- Manage effective relationships and work in partnership with various IT and business teams, vendors, etc., for the implementation and support of network infrastructure products and services
- Create, and update documentation on new or existing platforms that include equipment lists/diagrams, and system specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE);
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Experience with: Palo Alto and/or Checkpoint Firewalls
- Experience with: Cisco, Meraki, and/or Dell Switches
- Experience with: SD-WAN and SSE core technology
